Description: This presentation will address ways in which technology is used as a weapon of sex harassment and related sexual violence, including through non-consensual pornography, cyberstalking, social media abuse, and doxing; legal claims and strategies available to respond to technology-assisted sex harassment and to protect survivors who have used technology to speak out about sex harassment and abuse; and practical tips for gathering and preserving evidence in these cases. Participants also will have an opportunity to ask questions of our expert panel.
