Faith Matters, Part 2: A Conversation on Supporting Jewish, Christian, and Muslim Families Experiencing DV
Description: This workshop will provide advocates an opportunity to adopt a faith-sensitive lens and best practices for supporting families who are guided by their faith. Participants will know how faith can either be a resource or a barrier to hope, help, and healing; learn about faith-specific understandings, increase awareness of best practices and resources or engaging faith leadership allies, and begin to strategize for working them in their communities.
Target audience: Faith leaders, advocates, SA and DV programs
