As college campuses nationwide enter the Red Zone, a time where sexual violence rates increase, and Title IX is in a state of flux, it is critical that advocates have tools to support survivors on their campuses. The Clery Act is a key law that supports victims of sexual assault, dating violence, and stalking on colleges campuses, and can be relied on by advocates to ensure victims' rights are upheld. Cari Simon, an attorney for campus survivors and national expert on their rights will conduct an important deep dive training on the Clery Act and its intersection with Title IX.
