Content: Do you have questions about interjurisdictional enforcement of protection orders? Are you looking for information on the federal law pertaining to protection orders? This webinar will allow participants to identify how protection order enforcement works across state, tribal and territorial boundaries. By providing a review of the Full Faith and Credit provision of the Violence Against Women Act allied professionals will be able to enhance their practice and enforce the law. This webinar is part one of a two part protection order related series. The second webinar will be hosted on October 30.
