Registration Open for Judicial Institute on Domestic Child Sex Trafficking
The National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges, in partnership with OJJDP and Rights4Girls, will host the National Judicial Institute on Domestic Child Sex Trafficking on June 5-7, 2017, in San Diego, CA. This interactive
training will provide judges and judicial officers with tools to better work with youth who are victims or are at risk of
becoming victims of child sex trafficking. The training will feature hypothetical case scenarios, practical courtroom
exercises, small group discussions, and lectures. Participants will increase their ability to identify victims and youth
at risk of domestic child sex trafficking and learn intervention strategies to respond to individualized victim needs.
