Description: What do community advocates and civilian criminal justice professionals need to know when working with military-connected survivors of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault and stalking? Attendees will be provided information on military demographics, advocacy and safety planning options, potential barriers and unique safety considerations encountered by military-connected survivors. Attendees will also be introduced to the Military Coordinated Community Response, and the importance of a Military-Civilian CCR.
