Description: This training series will explore how managers can promote social change as part of their organization’s work, programs, and operations. The focus of this series is how to assess and adapt organizational practices and structures to better support wellness for staff, survivors, and community as a part of a social justice framework. This training series is aimed at managers, supervisors, and directors of gender-based violence organizations, and participants are asked to commit to attending all sessions
