Description:  Social media can distort our perception of relationships and influence our decisions to stay in unhealthy ones. The pressure to stay connected and constantly share updates about our relationships can create immense stress, especially for young people, impacting them in ways we might not fully understand. Join us for an in-depth discussion on "Behind the Post," a free workshop developed by the One Love Foundation. This webinar is designed to educate and provide tips and techniques for advocates, community members, and trusted adults. Presenters will discuss various tools to support young people as they navigate what may be one of the most difficult times in their lives. The workshop will also cover issues of digital consent and the impact of social media on young people. Additionally, tech safety planning, resources, and information on how to work with youth will be discussed.
