Grounding often involves connecting with the five senses to stay in the here and now. Join part four of a four part panel discussion to learn more about grounding, a variety of techniques to ground, and what advocates can do to help survivors stay grounding. Panelists joining for these conversations include Olga Trujillo, a survivor and expert on dissociative identity disorder, Nicole Matthews, an expert on sexual violence and advocacy in Native communities, and Kris Bein, an expert on advocacy skills.
