The discussion will focus on 1) the DOJ’s role in enforcing the federal Fair Housing Act, and what it is doing to combat sexual harassment in housing; 2) what sexual harassment in housing looks like, especially when it may cross the line into criminal conduct like sexual assault; and 3) how the DOJ and local prosecutors can work together to protect individuals from sexual harassment in housing.
