Description: "This multi-session interactive and intensive training is designed to inspire and prepare trainees to work with infants, children, and youth in a manner that promotes resilience and healing in a visitation setting.  In this virtual training, we will explore:
- Key strategies and skills to build trust, rapport, and relationships with infants, children 
- Strategies for positively engaging with infants, children, and youth in a manner that promotes resilience, hope and healing
- Infant, child, and youth defined policies and practices
-Center desin and strategies to support creating an infant, child, and youth supportive environment
- Self-reflection and growth to enhance professional resiliency"
