As college campuses nationwide enter the Red Zone, a time where sexual violence rates increase, and Title IX is in a state of flux, it is critical that advocates have tools to support survivors on their campuses. The Clery Act is a key law that supports victims of sexual assault, dating violence, and stalking on colleges campuses, and can be relied on by advocates to ensure victims' rights are upheld.
